Amanita

Description of the work:

In Amanita, I explore the magical dimension of the fungal world through Amanita muscaria, one of nature's most fascinating mushrooms.
I am interested in imagining fungi as a living network of communication, capable of connecting organisms and transmitting information within ecosystems.
The figure is born as a sort of fantastical guardian, surrounded by shapes and colors that evoke the magic, connection, and mystery of nature.
With this figurative painting, I interpret the fungal kingdom as a reminder that beneath our feet there exists an invisible, complex, and extraordinary world.
