Water lilies

Description of the work:

In Water Lilies I explore my fascination with these flowers based on my research into Claude Monet’s paintings and their relationship with water lilies. I am interested in depicting a woman who, by letting herself be carried away by the flow of the water, begins to shed her sorrows and emotions.
The water lilies become a space of calm and transformation, where nature, water, and the human figure merge into a single scene. With this figurative painting, I interpret water as a force capable of cleansing, liberating, and making room to breathe again.
